Ht. 5'7, Wt. 195 - Hey guys so it is that time of the month for BLAH...today i hav eaten b-fast:instant oatmeal 2 lil packets(plain kind with a lil brown sugar i added, lunch:Baked potato soup and asiago bagel, Dinner:tunna salad I have drinkin water today and i am hopin to get out and jump rope around a lil bit tonight and then hopefully do some crunches and leg lifts...how does all of this sound I think it has been my best day so far....
