Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - Well I've officially done so bad this weekend I have to start fresh Monday...I continue to workout this weekend playing DDR and such. This weekend messed all my healthy eating, everything was fried :(. Ive been drinking 8 glasses plus a day. I want to lose 3-5 pounds by next Sunday. Another thing, could someone give me a meal plan where I eat 1200 cals a day cause I eat just three meals, cereal for breakfast (honey nut cheerios with 2 percent milk), lunch a ham & cheese sandwhich on wheat w/ mustard. snack-fruit cup or granola bar. dinner is w/e my dad makes unless i have a taste for skinless chicken breast with veggies....ANY IDEAS...I NEED INPUT!!! lol!
