Message Replying To From Claire, Age 17 Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Hey guys I successfully lost 51 lbs in a year but I did that without counting cals like strictly. I of course eliminated all the bad foods from my diet and cut out the sitting around and stuff and getting up and working out and walking everywhere. But I'm still not at my goal weight and it's taking a long time so should I start counting cals/carbs like most dieters do? or just do what I'm doing. I dunno :( it's just taking forever to get to 130. |
