Ht. 5'2, Wt. 207 - Hey..how can I lose weight over the summer? Right now I am around 207 give or take a few pounds and I want to look good for my sophomore year in the fall..what can I do this summer to lose alot of weight? I am a very picky eater..I don't eat salads..I eat some vegetables..not alot of fruits..I think my problem is bread. I have an excersise bike..I don't use it much, but I will start using it more when summer comes..I swim alot and I have some dancing & excersising videos but I can never find time to do them..I think I am going to start walking around my driveway too..I don't know what else to do though..any ideas?
