Ht. 5'6", Wt. 190 - back to school means start workout i have 7 weeks to lose as much as i can! i woke up 10 minutes early i did 100 jumping jacks, 100 with a jump rope, and 100 cunches....im gonna do 100 of each when i get back from school PLUS an hour of speed walkin on the treadmill...sound any good? i really needa workout plan so ANYONE! that got results quickly please helpa girl out,,,,
