Message Replying To From Teresa, Age 14 Ht. 5'5'', Wt. (=]) - Okay so this is today. PLEASE INPUT..ive been doing really bad. Breakfast-Bowl of Special K cereal with 2% (not very much milk though). Snack1-5 strawberrys. Lunch-turkey on wheat bread and mustard and dannon light n' fit yogurt. Snack2-peanut butter on peice of wheat bread. Dinner-Veggie Burger with veggies. ALL WATER. EXCERSIZE-1 hour walk and excersize tape. Please tell me how i did, what to add or take out..thanks!!!!!!!! |
