Message Replying To From brittney, Age 14 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - so today i for breakfast i had a bowl of cherrios with 1% milk. lunch i had a smuckers uncrustables pp&j sandwich and a yogurt [310 cals all together]. i went out and got whole wheat bread. so Dinner is going to be a bologna and cheese sandwich on whole wheat and a water bottle. Snack. was 2 oatmeal cookies [150] and a sugar cookie [70] exercise is a 45 minute walk with my mom. and i did the pacer test in gym today. so how did i do today? |
