Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162.5 - I just got over my time of the month lol, with it, I had terrible cravings and messed it up, but I'm just gonna start new. Anyway, for breaky I had a bananna, and I havent had lunch yet. I did 20 crunches, walked 1 km and biked 3 miles. How do you think I did exercise wise so far today? thanks! any suggestions what I could have for lunch?
