Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160? G-120 - oh man i was doing so good today! but i just had 4 cookies!!! for breakfast i had a bowl of frosted flakes with 1% milk, for lunch i had a smuckers uncrustbale and a light yogurt [310 cals]and a water bottle. for dinner i am having a bologna and cheese sandwich on wheat bread [again lol] and a water bottle. my snack today was 4 cookies and i just had another water bottle. exercise for today is 45 minutes of walking. 100 jumping jacks, and 50 crunches, and maybe going on the trampoline or some jump roping. so how did i do today? thanks all and GOOD LUCK WiTH ALL YOUR DiETS! =]
