Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 146 - I'm kinda nervous about my weigh in the thursday..I'm hoping at most I weigh 145 because I dont want to let my coach and myself down agian. Yesterday, I had a big potatoe,egg, and bean taco with chips..*horrible i know*..but I also managed to get in a gallon of water and I burnt around 1000 calories.. But today..im hoping i stay on track..I had a low fat all wheat blueberry muffin with a glass of nofat milk..for snack i had a whey proten bar....for lunch I had a potatoe stuffed with fat free cheese and lots of shredded broccoli..and for another snack I had airpoped popcorn with no cal butter spray..Ive Drinken around 5 cups of water today ..i know its not enough..but im hoping to drink around a quart when i exercise today... ahh..but im still sooooo nervous about thursday
