Ht. 5'4.5'', Wt. 146 - How do yall think ive done so far? Breakfast; Light whole wheat french toast with sugar free syrup with half a cup of berries and 2 glasses of water. Snack: Whey protein bar with half a cup of peaches in light syrup with sweet n low and another 2 glasses of water. Lunch: Ligh mac and cheese *whole wheat pasta* with a cup of mixed greenbeans and carrots and a side salad with fat free ceasar.
