Ht. 5'1", Wt. 160~ - Alright, I want to lose weight because I feel fat. (Isn't that a good enough reason?) =P I was wondering if perhaps any of you know any good ideas to help me lose weight. I know that I need to drink more water, move more, eat less...but can any of you guys be more specific? Thank you. =)
