Ht. 5'8 , Wt. btw 175-180 - god this week i have done sooo much pe! and all my muscles are really hurting! on monday i worked out as usual, then on tuesday i had 1hrs of rounders and then 1hr of badminton, then on weds i had double athletics! i had to run 800m and then 100m sprint aswell as 100m relay and then after than 1hr of netball! and today so far ive had 1hr of badminton! god im well tired! and evern thought ive been doing loads of exercise my eating habits have been appaling! ah well tomorrow is a new day!
