Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - I hate this whole trying to lose weight thing. I was doing really well, I got down below 200lbs and then I went on this sweet binge and have been on it for the past couple months, gaining back all the weight I lost, putting me at 210lbs. That's it, I'm fed up with being this way. Starting right now, I'm changing my habits, eating and working out. Anyone have tips on what I should be eating? Like a daily meal plan? I'm pretty good on the working out part, just the food I need to get a hold of. It's hard because I'm around it all day and it doesn't help that I get free food at work every day, which consists of sweets and fried foods. I'd really like to lose 50-75 pounds by a year from now. Do you think that's possible? Sorry this is so long, I've just been really stressing about the whole weight thing and finally decided to take a stand and get in under control. Thanks for listening and good luck to everyone.
