Ht. 5'5, Wt. --- - Hey guys, pretty bad week last week for me. I sort of binged throughout the week, pizza on Tuesday, fast food on Wednesday....You get the idea. Anyways, as for the exercising, I got in some on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, but none Tuesday and Friday. I'm planning on 4 miles today to make up for the bad days. Anyways, I did the weekly weigh in, and I haven't lost any more, and it appears as if I haven't gained any more. So I guess that is good. I'm not going to let this get me down! ;) So good luck to the rest of you, and hopefully next Saturday I'll have some better news.
