Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From Leena, Age 14 Ht. 5'6-ish, Wt. ;dlkfja - Ok...I dunno what I'm posting about or if it will even make sense, but it's to vent and maybe get some suggestions? Ok, well, I don't want to go on a "diet" because I want to keep the fat off and I love food...I know it's all moderation but if I see food in front of me...I'm gonna eat it. I've got the exercising thing down...but the food needs to die...like I said, this post has no point. But yea...should I just like, eat what I want for one meal (in moderation) then change the other too? and if thats a good idea what two meals should i change? And if it isnt a good idea...help? |
