Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - okay not so good today: breakfast-bagle with butter and jelly,1 water bottle, lunch- peanut butter sandwich on wheat bread, 7 fish sticks =[, 2 water bottles, snack- 100 calorie pack- 1 water bottle, 2 cookies. horrible on the bagle and fish sticks yea i know. dinner is chicken nuggets and 1 water bottle, and that isnt all that great either. i will do better tomorrow...hopefully
