~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. -- - Egh guys, today is a rough day for me today. I'm getting all depressed at not seeing any results, but I don't know why I expect any. I haven't been really committed to this diet for a while. It's mostly a series of on days and off days, usually the on days are weekends. I have lost some weight, from the walking. I was committed to that, but last week there were a couple of off days. Anyways, today I've had a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, a 6" Subway sub for Lunch, and a 6" Subway sub for dinner. I have had a jello cup for a snack. I don't think I'm going to go over a 1000 calories today. So far I've had my 4 of 8 glasses of water, and I also had a bottle of green tea. Anyways, some motivation would be appreciated.
