Ht. 5'6", Wt. 200-210 - ok, i plan on doing an hour on the stationary bike every day plus start running in the beginning of june.like i said i hurt my knee recently, and by june and i think itll be 100 percent.i also plan starting tomorrow 100 pushups and 100 situps and add 10 every day to each of those.also i lift weights.my goal is to weight 180 by the end of august which i think is way too easy, but if u put it too high and u dont achieve then youd be disapointed.so do u think if do all of the stuff i said, plus eat strictly healthy and drink a lot of water a day, i could reach my goal?i am seriously tired of being overweight.i want to be normal.plus i get my license this summer and i want a girlfriend, so if i can look nice, have a girl, and be driving in my truck when school starts, then that would be the dream for me.thanks guys and please reply.
