Message Replying To From Machala, Age 19 Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Just want to know how I did today... Breakfast: A banana Snack: Fat Free yogurt Lunch: turkey sandwich in whole wheat bread, with lettace and mustard and pickles Dinner: A Lean Cuisene thing, which was only 240cals. Snack: a banana & a class of fat free milk. I rode a half mile on my excersise bike in the morning, planning on doing more tonight. I wasn't able to work out much, since I had a lot of homework to do. So, how did I do? |
