Message Replying To From Izzy, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - hey all! so yeah today my food was: breakfast: a lowfat muffin w/ a fat free yogurt/snack:4 peanut butter cookies *a special lowfat kind*/lunch:sandwhich that had ham, cheese, and a pickle plus a water bottle/snack:sugar free puding/dinner: chicken, spinach, and a small cup of pasta salad. how'd i do? no exercise today cuz i was stuck at the doc's office all afternoon! |
