Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - okay so today this is what i had to eat. breakfast- rice krispies with whole milk [out of 1%], lunch- water bottle, 2 BIG chocolate chip cookies [ i had no choice ] after school snack -apple and a water bottle, dinner- bowl of stew with vegetables and sauce, along with having another water bottle. exercise is whatever my mom decides before i go to sleep. so how did i do, please =]
