Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I think i've done pretty good for today. Breakfast-A microwaveable Sausage,Egg and Cheese biscuit w/ oj & fruit. Lunch- A bowl of a frosted flakes (THEY ARE FAT FREE lol). Dinner we are having a corned beef brisket w/ cabbage. So my plate is going to be very small..and dessert an apple. All water all today. Playing DDR until I burn 850-900 cals and I might ride my bike or go on a walk after dinner..How did I do????
