Message Replying To From Izzy, Age 13 Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.8 - REPOST+DINNER: today my food was: breakfast:lowfat muffin,yogurt/ snack:2 light cookies/ lunch: turkey and cheese sandwhich, pudding/ snack:goldfish/dinner:chicken soy burger, veggie stir fry and a super-lite potatoe (whipped so it;s 2 grams of fat) exercise: 30 min of kick-butt video tape! :) |
