Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160ish - Today has been pretty good SO FAR. For breakfast I had raisen bran Cran-vanilla crunch(TERRIFIC CEREAL) with one cup of milk (300 calories) For lunch I had a turkey sandwich on wheat(with mustard on it, and a bag of baked doritios(about 400) 16 oz. of iced tea and another glass of iced tea when i got home. Now i am going to my softball game-for dinner....have no clue whats going on but proablly some protein and vegtables? I hope to lose as much as possible by the end of the month. My over all goal is like 30-35 pounds! --Hannah
