Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - This quote i found on a website cleared everything up for me, it helped me to plan how many calories per day i will eat and ho many i will burn from exercise and then i got an idea (after tons of math sums) how much weight roughly i will lose in a set time. Heres the sentence "A sedentary teenage girl burns only 12 calories per pound per day, a moderately active teen burns 15, and a very active girl burns 18." Hope this helped cos it sure helped me!
