Ht. 5'4", Wt. S: 210 N: 206 G: 145 - I do really good with eating 3-4 days a week, but on the other 3-4 days I eat a healthy breakfast in the mid morning and then I go to work and work 7 hours straight(yeah i know it's against the law and all, so lets just forget about that part) which means I don't get to eat in those hours, which is fine with me, because I don't get very hungry until I get off work. When I get home I have a healthy dinner. My problem is, with just my breakfast & dinner, I'm only eating approx 700ish calories on those days. I normally don't do that, but I don't know what to do about it. Any suggestions? Thanks.
