Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - I need a little advice here...I wanna start something different then I did this week for next week. BREAKFAST--Cereal for with a peach fruit cup. Lunch Another bowl of cereal w/ a tuna sandwhich on wheat (I know its not the best combo but w/e) lol. Dinner w/e we have but a small plate. Exercise 35-40 minutes biking on my stationary and then playing DDR to burn alot of cals 600+ maybe? How does this sound. For snacks a granola bar or piece of fruit, and nothing but water to drink...HELP!
