Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Break- bowl of rice krispies with skim milk and 1 banana, lunch- peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat, water bottle, 100 calorie pack, Snack- 1 apple, 2 cookies, 1 slice of wheat bread toasted with light margerine, 2 water bottles. Exercise FOR THE DAY- 30 minute walk,30-45 minutes of roller blading. I think we are having pasta for dinner, and water bottle. so how is my day going so far?
