Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - hey guys well my diet plan that im doing is only eating 2 times a day and drinking only water because my friend did this without doing excersize and lost 35lbs in like i think 2 months.yeah so i want to try it but i ruined it today this is what i ate:a huge bowl of mashed potatoes with a slice of cheese,520 calories of junkfood.and then i ate 2 slices of mushroom pizzas(small slices)and 2 cheesesticks.I know i did bad and its becuz i went to my cousins house.So can anyone give me tips i'd apperciate it =D!
