Ht. 5.5, Wt. 161 - so basically I was 142lbs at one point last year...I have gotten lazy and gained back all the weight i had worked so hard to lose...my highest weight was 169. just 8 more pounds and i would be right back where i started...my real goal is to shape up my legs, mainly my thighs...i do leg lifts but they just won't work, any ideas??
