Ht. 5'5', Wt. 199 - Ok i know this sounds REALLY STUPID. but i go workout every day and i only eat like 300 calories, sometimes less, sometimes more, just dpends on the day..but its because for like 3 days straight a couple of weeks ago, i didnt allow myself to eat anything but like a little fruit and a peice of toast, and i lost 7 lbs and then i was like THIS IS SO STUPID IM JUST GOING TO GAIN IT BACK. i ate regulary and i only gained about 2.5 lbs back. Thing is..now im not hungry as much, i rarley feel hungry anymore and eat when i do feel hungry..but do you think the reason why i dont feel hungry anymore is because those three days?
