Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - Juelz, this is my diet to answer your question: Sunday-Friday: Breakfast=scrambled egg whites on wheat bread. Lunch=an assortment of fruits and veggies Snack: organic string cheese Dinner: A veggie burger, or meatless things from a company called Morning Star. Its really, really good. For excersize, after school I take my dog for a 1.5 mile walk around our hilly neighborhood. After i finish my homework I do 30 minutes on a heavily inclined treadmill at 3.4 mph. I do 100 + bicep curls with 20 pounds on each arm. some squats, and 100 + crunches. I have lost 15 pounds in 4 weeks doing this. My goal is to be a muscular 140.
