Ht. 5.5, Wt. 158.5 - I feel really good right now since I did my 20 minute pilates workout, I really recomend it to anyone who is having trouble finding a fitness routine to fit into there busy schedule. It's fast and fun! Anyways, I am actually under 160lbs now! yayy! no one knows how truly happy I am about this :) anyways: breakfast-bacon and milk. lunch-cheese nips, a bite of a poptart (it was gross), peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and water. snack-macaroni and cheese with chicken in it, small serving from fosters. supper has yet to come but I really need some vegetable matter or something, any suggestions??
