Ht. 5'1", Wt. 210 - I'm in school, it's 3rd period and I have to share how well I'm doing today. Breakfast:small yogurt and 1 blueberry waffle. Snack: small bag of original whole-grain SunChips and a Lemon Propel Fitness Water (it's only about 3 calories per serving, and it tastes like non-carbonated Sprite.) For lunch I'll see if there are any subs left and I'll eat it with mustard, not mayo! This is my first day trying to lose weight and I'm feeling really good. Go me! :)
