Ht. 5'5', Wt. 199 - Okay i have no clue whats up with my body right now but im not hungry as much. I work out every day, and i dont really eat that much, yesterday i BINGED SO BAD! I had chocolate cake, a candy bar, chinese for dinner, and some yogurt pretzels & a soda(just to count the junk food) Someone said that if i ate a candy bar i would gain alot of weight back cause i hadnt been eating that much? Well i actually lost a pound. Cause i work out every single day. Crazy right???
