Ht. 5ft7, Wt. 165 - i need to loose weight . 2 summers ago i was 130 , i lost about 30 pouunds on the southbeach diet . it was realy good and i felt so good , but i grew a couple inches , gained a crap load of muscle. I swim on a swim team 4 times for an hour and 30 minutes , plus yoga and strength training , its hard i admitt. I dont no how to loose weight kind of fast , but not too fast . I need to just loose in my stomach area , anyone kinof like me? any suggestions , please i need help now
