Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - Well..it's been a year and boy have I been slacking. I was 120lbs last summer and now I'm up to 145lbs. When I first started loosing weight I was 13 and 155lbs. I'm almost back up to my heaviest! I hate it. But I'm going to do something about it. The only thing I really have to work on is my eating habits. I am so horrible when it comes to this. I am very active and I think that alot of my weight I've put on is muscle. I play hockey, baseball, badminton, runk track and rollerblade/walk everynight. I just have to keep motivated and I can do this!!
