Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255-260 G:180 - REPOST-------PLEASE HELP--I need input..I want to start somethin else different soon and I need to know if i'm healthy enough. BREAKFAST- Slimfast shake, oatmeal or a meal replacement bar. LUNCH--Regular veggie salad or a Fruit salad. DINNER-- Either a Veggie salad with baked or grilled skinless chicken breast in it with low fat and low cal dressing, or a really huge Fruit salad, or a tuna salad or just a plain tuna sandwhich on wheat. ALL WATER ALL DAY and once a week a sugar free popsicle. Exercise, 30 minute walk, 30 minutes biking, playing DDR to burn 350 cals, kickboxing for 10 minutes and on occasions I might workout with my bellydancing workout tape. After I lose another 20 pounds i'm going to start toning exercises...INPUT PLEASE...HELP!---I WANT TO TRY TO LOSE 7-10 POUNDS BY THE END OF THIS MONTH SO I NEED INPUT :)
