Ht. 5'4", Wt. 161 G-120 - Break- frosted mini wheats w/ skim milk. [about 150 cals all together] Lunch- panut butter sandwich on wheat bread,light yogurt,half a a fruit snack pack, Snack- 2 100 calorie apple sauce cups, 2 slices of wheat bread with light margerine [30 cals], 1 pretzel nugget [like 10 cals] Dinner is pork with mashed potatoes. did i eat to much today? Exercise is a 45 minute walk.
