Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 173.2? - hey guys. today: breakfast-1 slice of lowfat cinnomon bread and banana, lowfat choc milk/snack:baked lay's/lunch:(don't freak out)tuna kit, than later i had a small pudding and weight watchers cake, 2g of fat and 80 cal./snack:yogurt/dinner at wendy's:cup of chili, steamed potato with a tad of lowfat sour cream, split a small frosty with my rents. no exercise today but too bad tomorrow i have my 2 hour walkathon!
