Ht. 5.5, Wt. ??? - Hi this is for every1 that asked how im loosing weight so fast, its all about calories, some people say it isnt but then im the 1 loosing the weight not them! An non active girl loses 12 calories per pound per day, an active girl loses 15 calories per pound per day and a very active girl loses 18 from being alive, so after you've worked out all of that then you work out how many calories you will burn during exercise per day, then you add them both together, work out how many calories you will eat per day and take the calories you eat from the total calorie loss per day. If your daily loss of calories is 500 (which is healthy) then you will loose 1lb per week. I loose 1344 calories per day (which is also healthy) so i can lose 1lb in about 3 days. Hope i helped!
