If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight. This offends the kids who really are overweight. Message Replying To From {{**JUELSZ**}}, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:260 FG:180 UG:130 - Well I got my dad to get my fruits and Monday I start my new plan. Breakfast- Bowl of cereal w/ a granola bar. Lunch- Tuna sandwhich w/ water (Eggs are in the tuna so thats protein). Dinner- Fruit salad w/ loads of water. Snacks- Granola Bar or Piece of fruit. Next month I start a whole different thing. I'm trying for 7-10 pounds lost by May 31st, it's pushing it. I know but i'm trying really hard. Wish me LUCK! :) Good luck to everyone else. |
