Ht. 5'3, Wt. 157 - alright...i actually dont look close to my weight, but i have a lot of muscle on me (dont get me wrong im still fat) but does anyone know how to calculate your BMI includeing ur muscles (b/c my legs are really toned and hardly have any fat at all, but my stomach is a lil big) so all these charts tell me im like obeese and stuff, but im not...im doing a weight loss program this summer, but i wish i could figure out how much i should loose to look decent, and be healthy
