Ht. 5'2, Wt. start: 195 now: 183 - I need help. i need to lose wieht for my self, i dont ahve a date but i wanna be between 120-130 but if i get to 140 thats good to. theres not really a time i want it by i just want it, if anything by this time next year, but how do i go about doing it. help plz. it took me a year to lose those 12lbs, and while i know they are most likely going to stay off i know that if i actually tried i could see better results. i need motivation!
