Ht. 5'2, Wt. 159 - Ok, so I'm going to start counting cals. How many cals should I be consuming in one day? and on the Nutrition Facts label on the back of foods...should I be counting the FAT CALORIES or the CALORIES only because they have those two types of cals on the back and what if my mom cooks something and the Cals and the cals in the food are unknown, how many cals should I put it as? PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE REPLY! don't make me feel like I write on here for mere passerbys that don't comment back. Thank you!
