Message Replying To From {{**JUELSZ**}}, Age 16 Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:255 G:180 UG:130 - So far today i've had a bowl of cereal, probably 180 cals. And for lunch I started to mess up, I had a half slice of pizza and a couple of fries. And After I got home I had a half honey bun. I guess cutting the portions in half is better than eating the whole thing? right? lol :'( |
