~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. Too much - I decided to switch up my workouts a bit, in hopes of losing more weight, as it has no really changed much in 2 weeks. On one day I will walk a certain way around my neighborhood (mostly downhill) and do 30 minutes on the highly elevated treadmill along with my weight lifting and crunches and stuff. On the other day I will walk the opposite way in my neighborhood (mostly uphill) and do 30 minutes ot Tae Bo with my weight lifting and such. I will switch on an off every other day. I have branched off a little in my diet too. I now allow myself trisquits, since i love crackers and they are pretty healthy and high in fiber. I also let myself have 2 Tbs of peanut butter (which is one serving) because i love peanut butter and one serving isnt that high in the numbers.
