Message Replying To From Rebecca, Age 14 Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 160 - I just found out about a new diet called the negative calorie diet. no, i know what you're thinking...its not a thing where you starve yourself. In fact, you eat more! Here's all you do...eat lots and lots and LOTS of veggies and fruits for breakfast and lunch! you can eat as much as you want. the theory is that those foods burn calories while they are being digested, resulting in weight loss. It can help you lose lots of weight! i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks. OH, and dont forget that you can't just eat veggies and fruits. your body needs protein too, so you can eat a regular meal around dinner time so that you can get some o' that good 'ol protein. good luck. hope this helps. |
