Ht. 5'7, Wt. 158 - hey everyone! i just wanted to ask a question... i work out everyday for like an hour, usually doing the elliptical somewhere from 30-45 minutes and then the bike for 20-ish. is there a certain amount of calories you should burn by working out everyday? or do they just give it to you by saying 30 minutes of cardio a day? yeha if anyone knows... please tell. thanks!
